Returns

Orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days upon receiving your item(s).  

• Items must have tags attached and placed in the original box that the item(s) delivered in. 
• Items must not be worn, washed or altered. 
• Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and will not be deducted from your original order.
• Once your order has been received and approved for a refund, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your transaction to show a credit back on your credit card statement, depending on your bank, refunds may take shorter or longer to process. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made by contacting our customer service at hello@local-citizen.com and we will be happy to swap out sizes and/or styles. 

Final Sales

• All sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
